The patented Silver Weibull “False Plough Tip” design delivers superior basket scouring efficiency, ensuring maximum sugar recovery during every discharge/plough cycle.
Unlike conventional solid plough tips, which must operate approximately 2 mm clear of the basket screen to avoid damage, the Silver Weibull False Plough Tip continuously re-establishes itself using compressed sugar within the basket. This allows near-total scouring of the basket surface while maintaining safe operation.
